At Jourji customer service is our number one priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to Jourji within 30 days for a full refund. All returns must be accompanied with a receipt and original packaging.
Items that are not eligible for return:
To request a refund please contact CustomerService@Jourji.com for a return label. Return labels will be sent via email. Once you receive your return label please print and affix the label to the outside envelope. You may drop the package at your local U.S. post office.
Your refund will be processed 1-2 business days after receipt of the package to Jourji. Once processed you will receive your refund within 5 days. Refunds will only be issued for merchandise in saleable condition.

In stock merchandise will be shipped 2-5 business days from receipt of the original merchandise to Jourji. Should an item not be in stock we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.
Purchases made between November 1st and December 31st may be returned by January 31st for a full refund. All purchases must be accompanied with a receipt and original packaging.
Gift recipients will be entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. To request a return slip for an item received as a gift please email CustomerService@Jourji.com
Items returned without original packaging are subject to a $5 restocking fee.
